Rayya concept for project Cherita.

Rayya is the guardian of the forest. She lost her voice a long time ago, making her reticent and reserved in nature. She also has a hard time communicating her thoughts through expressions and gestures, which leads to her being easily misunderstood. Regardless, she yields a great power of having total control of the flora and fauna around her.

I was inspired by hibiscus flowers and a type of bamboo leaf that I used for her design. Had fun painting and designing this.
